Bankim is a very keen sportsman (and super competitive, which kind of explains Dotsquares), especially in racket sports and cricket. A huge drive to contribute to charities and encourage young entrepreneurs is also important to Bankim.
Bankim has been the CEO and passionate driving force behind Dotsquares since its inception back in 2002. His dedication, management and insight have seen the company grow from working out of a cold garage to a bespoke development centre that is the home of over 1000 employees.
Bahul is religious about his fitness and training to keep sharp and focused. He has even been known to use the airport gym between flight transfers!
Bahul has a huge amount of experience in managing offshore Teams, which obviously proved immensely helpful when he, Bankim and Omkar formed Dotsquares. With particular skills in strategic management, Bahul left his coding days behind long ago but was known for his eCommerce and PHP back in the day!
Omkar is a keen philanthropist and Cricketer. When not at the crease, he can be found investing in the growth of people and has a particular interest in the environment and human rights.
Omkar has been a director and key driving force of the organisation since its inception. After being Executive Director of the World Wide Web Institute, Omkar has put all his energies into building up Dotsquares into the organisation it is today.
Providing strategic advisory, executive coaching and consulting services to Dotsquares senior leadership team to develop and implement successful business strategies to achieve long term sustainable growth.
Jon is a seasoned innovation, service and technology leader, with over 25 years experience successfully delivering business & technology services to global financial companies - including Visa, J P Morgan and American Express, where he rose to become the Vice President of Technologies Operations for the Global Travel division.
Whether it is in Brighton or in India, Shilpi is just one of those people who wants to make the world a better place through her tireless charitable endeavours. And best of all, she is inspiring everyone else to do the same.
With Dotsquares from its inception, Shilpi has provided support and direction in a huge number of facets of the company, helping it grow into the successful enterprise that it is today. Currently the Marketing Director and Official Representative here at Dotsquares, taking care of the external marketing efforts, community support, PR, charitable events & more.
Andy brings a senior advisory focus to the Dotsquares team with which he has known since day 1, but more importantly to their clients and customers looking to grow the outsourcing of their IT solutions and services.
Andy is an experienced IT professional with expertise building wealth for businesses in both the Corporate and Start-up enviroments, advancing digital initiatives, delivering outstanding customer services and overseeing diverse integrated strategies across global financial companies.
Offices in London and Brighton in the UK, with bases in the USA, Australia, UAE, Europe and India.
