Athe: Zoho CRM Integration with Xero

ATHE, a leading global awarding organisation, sought to modernize their training centre’s invoice management. Previously, manual updates in Zoho CRM and WordPress were cumbersome. Our solution automated this process by integrating Zoho CRM with Xero through custom APIs. Now, invoices are generated and updated automatically, streamlining operations and eliminating manual errors.

ATHE has been shaping education globally since 2011, proudly regulated by Ofqual and international bodies. With over 280 recognised centres in 55+ countries, the company offer a wide range of vocational qualifications from Levels 3 to 7 in fields like business, management, law, and healthcare—many eligible for UK funding. In addition to standard offerings, ATHE has developed bespoke qualifications and has certified over 40,000 learners globally. These qualifications serve as progression pathways to Bachelor’s and Master’s Top-Up degrees at more than 25 universities worldwide.

The Challenge

The client, a prominent training centre, was facing challenges with their manual and error-prone invoice management process. Each payment required updates to both Zoho CRM and their WordPress website, leading to inefficiencies that called for a more automated solution.

One of the significant challenges was mapping data fields between Zoho CRM and Xero, each with its own data structure.
