The client operates a pharmaceutical company that specialises in B2B sales of medical equipment. Serving a diverse clientele that includes healthcare organizations, clinics, and various businesses within the medical sector, the company relies on Zoho Sheets to enhance operational efficiency. Their employees utilise Zoho Sheets for a range of critical functions, including data analysis, financial modeling, sales forecasting, and generating financial reports, ensuring accurate and streamlined business processes.

The Challenge

The client encountered significant difficulties in synchronizing data between Zoho Sheets and Zoho CRM. While Zoho Sheets made it easy to add and delete contacts, these changes did not automatically update in Zoho CRM, which required custom modules to handle such updates. Data inconsistencies arose because changes made in Zoho Sheets were not reflected in Zoho CRM, leading to discrepancies in contact and account information. The manual process of updating Zoho CRM to match changes in Zoho Sheets was both labor-intensive and prone to errors. Additionally, the necessity of creating complex custom modules in Zoho CRM added another layer of difficulty. We integrated Zoho CRM with Zoho Sheets using the Zoho Sheet API and Zoho Flow, enabling seamless, real-time updates across both platforms. This integration ensured that customer data, leads, and interactions were automatically synchronised between Zoho CRM and Zoho Sheets.

Before this integration, manual data entry was prone to errors and inconsistencies, leading to significant inefficiencies.
