The Challenge

The client faced challenges with their existing user interface (UI) and user experience (UX), which impacted usability and overall satisfaction. We began by creating a Photoshop (PSD) prototype that served as the initial design framework.

For the Zoho CRM deal module, automation was crucial. Our developers designed and implemented a blueprint integrated with Zoho Sign to streamline the contract-sending process. To enhance data management, lead conversion mapping was employed, enabling smooth data transfer across various Zoho modules.

For reporting needs, we utilised Zoho Analytics to create custom reports, providing the client with actionable insights tailored to their specific business requirements.
